4J Movie Night
From the 4J Equity Department
The Equity Department will be virtually screening three additional films this year, the first one is called The Upstanders. The Upstanders examines cyberbullying from the perspectives of the bully, the victim, and the onlooker, providing practical tips and resources to change the narrative, to stand up, speak out and support, and become an Upstander, not a Bystander.
The Upstanders virtual screening will open starting on Monday, December 5 @ 6 am PST and end on Monday, December 12 @ 8:30 pm PST. The link will be sent to 4J families via the 4J Communications Department (check your email!).
Also, in partnership with the Prevention Services department, there will be a live screening of The Upstanders on Friday, December 9, at the Campbell Community Center. The Prevention Services department will offer a debrief and discussion following the film. The Campbell Community Center is located at 155 High Street in Eugene, Oregon.
Please join as you are able, either by viewing virtually or attending the in-person screening. If there are questions, please reach out to the 4J Equity Department at 541-790-7576.
