We are so very pleased that Wendy Nims is making time to join us and share her vast knowledge about this (often) misunderstood topic of PDA, Persistent Drive for Autonomy, so that we can experience a much more calm, cooperative and emotionally regulated life!!
i Wendy will provide practical strategies to use in any circumstance and valuable insights as it relates to the nervous system and anxiety. Wendy is a local Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 20 years of experience in many, many areas and topics.
We will also learn ways to communicate that reduce perceived demands and support collaborative problem-solving. Wendy's presentation and evening with us will be reassuring and helpful, with a focus on supporting and encouraging parents.
