Dear Highlander Families,
I hope this message finds you enjoying a joyful summer, filled with moments of connection, laughter, and time spent together. Whether you're traveling, exploring new activities, or simply relaxing at home, I hope you’re making the most of this time with loved ones.
As the new principal of North Eugene High School, I’m thrilled to begin this journey with you. It’s an incredible honor to join this vibrant community of students, families, and dedicated staff. I’m filled with hope and excitement for the coming school year and all the opportunities it holds for growth, learning, and meaningful connection.
One of my highest priorities is to build strong partnerships with families to support the success of every student. I believe that when schools and families work closely together, students thrive — academically, socially, and emotionally. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your stories, and working side by side to create the best possible experience for our students.
I’m especially looking forward to seeing everyone Thursday, August 21st during our registration day and at the many fall athletics and activities. These events are such a vital part of what makes high school memorable, and I encourage you to join in, however you can — as a volunteer, a spectator, or a supporter. There are so many ways to be part of our school community, and your presence truly makes a difference.
Thank you for welcoming me into the Highlander community. I can’t wait to meet you and begin this exciting new chapter together.
Warmly,
Ricci
