All swimmers need to register through the 4j District-sponsored athletic registration platform called FamilyID.

In addition, all swimmers need to have medical insurance and a current physical, on file. Sports physicals last for two years. If it has been more than 2 years, please get a physical scheduled via a regular doctor, or an appointment can be scheduled at either of the district’s two Health centers at North Eugene High School (541-790-4445) or Churchill High School (541-790-5227).

ANY SWIMMER WITHOUT INSURANCE, will not be allowed into the pool for practice or competition

ATHLETIC FEES

A one-time sports fee of $200 will need to be paid via Family ID for the Winter athletic competitive season for the year. A reduction of this fee will be made available for any student who qualifies for the free lunch program.
