The Health Science CTE Program at North Eugene High School is an opportunity for 4J students to learn about and prepare for a potential career in the Healthcare Industry.

Our program is focused on student-centered learning that encourages belonging of all students. Students of all backgrounds and skill levels are encouraged to participate and curriculum expectations are adapted so that all students who are persistent are able to complete the program and prepare for a healthcare career.

Our rigorous classes are project-based and guided by student interest. Course options for 2022-23 include Healthcare Foundations, Healthcare Essentials, Human Body Systems A & B, and Medical Terminology. Future courses, based on student interest, include Healthcare for All, LatinX Healthcare, Health Office Procedures, Health Careers Independent Study, and Health Science Internship.
