New Student Enrollment
(New 4j students only) New students should complete enrollment as soon as possible. Re-enrollment is not required if you are coming from a 4J school. Enrollment paperwork must be submitted electronically for the 2020–’21 school year. Please follow the instructions at 4j.lane.edu/instruction/enrollment/2020enrollment.
1. Technology Distribution Round 2
All students must pick up a 4J device, regardless of technology already available at home. This ensures students have the software and programs necessary for their coursework.
Thank you to all the families that came this past week to pick up technology. Technology distribution was a success. If you were not able to pick up your device during the first round of technology distribution we are having a second round. The dates and times are below:
Monday, 8/31 – 10 am -12 pm
Tuesday, 9/1 – Building closed to staff and public
Wednesday, 9/2 – 10 am – 12 pm
Thursday, 9/3 – 10 am – 12 pm
Friday, 9/4 – 10 am – 12 pm
If you are unable to come during these times or do not have transportation please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. ParentVue and Student Profile Form
Student Profile Forms will be arriving in your mail soon. Check the form for errors and changes that need to be made. Login to ParentVue to update phone numbers and email addresses. *Change of address and emergency contacts will need to be emailed to email@example.com
*If you have moved you will need to provide proof of your new address. Examples of proof can be found HERE
- Log into ParentVue at pv.4j.lane.edu.
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner.
- Review your contact information.
- Click on “Student Info” in the menu on the left.
- Review your student’s emergency contacts.
If you are unable to access your ParentVue account try the tips on the troubleshooting guide HERE If you are still unable to access your ParentVue account send an email with your name, address, and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Student Account Access and Class Schedule
Make sure you are able to sign in to your 4J Student Email, StudentVUE, 4J Google Docs, and Canvas (coming soon). If you need help or do not know your username or password, email email@example.com or call 541-790-4500. Be prepared to verify your identity with the following items:
- Photo ID – this can be last years student body card
- Identifying questions
CLASS SCHEDULES UPDATES:
Please check StudentVUE on September 9 to see if your schedule is ready. If your schedule is not posted on September 9 send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your schedule is incorrect you can submit a schedule correction by clicking on the link below.
Students, please only use THIS form to request a schedule correction. Once your request is submitted, your counselor will either work on the request or reach out to you for more info.
4. Free and Reduced Lunch Application
At this time we are waiting for updated free and reduced lunch applications. As soon as we have them we will post here.
