Dear Parents and Students,
North Eugene High School will be hosting our Back-to-School Registration days on Tuesday, August 22nd and Wednesday, August 23rd! This is a great opportunity to take school photos, pay fees, pick up required information, and visit our new campus. All registration activities will be taking place in the NEW North building at 250 Silver Ln and below, you will find a schedule of activities. Please note that if you have multiple students at North, you may attend whichever time-frame that makes sense for your family:
Tuesday, August 22nd
- 9th Grade families – 8:00am – 11:00am
- 11th Grade families – 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Wednesday, August 23rd
- 10th Grade families – 8:00am – 11:00am
- 12th Grade families – 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Please just arrive during your child’s grade level time-frame and park in the main parking lot. Signs will be posted to help you through the event.

¡La Escuela Secundaria North Eugene organizará nuestros días de registro de regreso a la escuela el martes 22 de agosto y el miércoles 23 de agosto! Esta es una gran oportunidad para tomar fotos de la escuela, pagar tarifas, recoger la información requerida y visitar nuestro nuevo campus. Station Instructions:
- Station #1, Student Pictures in Glass Lounge, students are asked to park in student parking, ENTER via the Main Entrance
- Proceed to Station #2, Fee payment computer bank with SchoolPay located near the cafeteria food service entrance
- Continue to Station #3, to pick up their Synergy Profile form, and other forms there will be a bank of tables near the counseling center hallway
- Continue to Station #4, to receive attendance information and begin optional school tour
*Counselors will be available to correct student schedules in the Counseling Center only for students that are
- Missing a class schedule
- Missing a required course
- New students that have not yet created a schedule
Continue to Station #5 for Computer Checkin/Checkout in the main gym
- Exit through the gym doors

Q.: What if I can’t make it to the assigned time for my student’s grade level?
A.: Please call the school and we can make arrangements.
Q.: What if I have multiple children at North?
A.: Families with more than one student at North only need to attend the Back-to-School event once. They can choose which time frame makes sense for their family and bring both/all of their kids at one time
Q.: What if I cannot attend either of the Back-to-School days?
A.: Please call the school to make arrangements for picking up materials or info on a schedule for make-up photos.
Q.: What if I want to make a correction to my schedule or if I notice a mistake on my schedule?
A.: Counselors will be standing by in-person to work with students on schedule corrections during the Back-to-School days. However, the priorities for schedule corrections will be for students missing an entire schedule, missing required coursework, or new students that have not yet built a schedule
Q.: Will the school be able to supply my student with school supplies like notebooks, paper, pencils, etc?
A.: Yes, just ask at station #1 and we will be able to provide essential supplies for school.
Q.: Will students be getting text books, calculators, and class materials at the Back-to-School event?
A.: No, class materials will be distributed by teachers during class in the early days and weeks of the first trimester.
Q.: When will I actually get my Parking pass?
A.: After completing the Google form, passes will be distributed by the front office.

The school office will be closed during the event. The school campus will close at 12:00 pm on both days for processing.
New 4J Students, please enroll now.
Your Back-to-School Day will be more helpful to you if you complete your enrollment ahead of time. Re-enrollment is not required if you are coming from a 4J school.
