NIHS students compete in State Culinary Competition in Porland
Emi XXXXXX and Christa XXXXX competed in the Oregon Protart High School Culinary Championships at the Portland Expo Center. Emi and Christa were part of the North Eugene Culinary team that prepared ?????? Atlantic Salmon Pave with braised leeks, fennel relish and burre blanc.
These opportunities give our students a head start should they choose to go on to a Culinary College. Oregon is home to many fine college culinary programs. Successful college students often go to internships in such places as Florida, Dallas or New York.
