The Winter Formal will be held Friday, Jan. 25th from 8 pm -11 pm in the glass lounge. Tickets will go on sale after winter break.

ASB will distribute funds to clubs on Wednesday, Jan. 16th. Deadline to request money is Jan. 15th. Please turn forms into Nicholsen in the Athletic Office.

There will be mascot tryouts for anyone interested on Wednesday, Jan. 16th in the main gym from 2:45 pm-3:30.

Mr. North! So I’m assuming most people have seen Mean Girls where Damien dresses up as Santa Claus and hands out candy canes? Well Seiji Maita will be doing just that, except he’ll be an elf. All you have to do is go to the Main Hallway during lunch today and bring $1 and buy a candy cane that will be delivered to one of your friends!

Are you interested in acting, directing or creating films? Then join the North Eugene Film Club. We will have our next meeting of the year on Tuesday after school in Room 105. Please contact Mr. Lasher for more info.

Senior Portraits are due to the yearbook staff by January 1st, 2013. Photos with hats or hoods may be rejected.

All students should check the Scholarship Board outside of Room 209 for newly posted scholarships. See Vanessa or Liz in Room 209 to request a copy of scholarships.

Please pre-order your yearbook in the Student Finance office for the pre-order price of $60. If you wait until January the price is $75. Buying a yearbook gets you access to North Eugene’s “Replay It” account, where you can post and share photos with yearbook and each other.

Key Club is a community service organization at North Eugene High School. Joining Key Club is a great way to earn community service hours and learn leadership skills. All North Eugene students are welcome to join. We meet Wednesdays during lunch in room 105a

We are excited to announce that the North Eugene dance team will be holding mid season auditions on Wed and Fri December 5th and 7th in the cafeteria after school from 3:30-5 pm. Please arrive at 3:15 to register. We are looking for a few serious dancers who enjoy dancing, performing, learning and striving to be the best they can be. Questions? Come visit coach Gilliam in room 133. See you Wed Dec 5th!

Attention staff and students, Project Give begins today, Dec. 3rd. Project Give is a food and $ drive organized by North Eugene students for North Eugene area families. If you are able to participate please bring non-perishable food and or $ to your second period class. There will be a competition between second period classes, with the winning class earning a pizza lunch from their ASB.
